newly diagnosed-first outbreak ending want to take all steps possible in preventing more outbreaks.
I never took prescription medication i had my first outbreak in 2016 didnt take anything since then I started taking Llysine and olive leaf extract daily have not had a second outbreak
I waited 6 months before taking suppression.
Since I started I haven’t had a outbreak! It also cuts viral shedding and transmission risks down.
I will take a break soon to see if my outbreaks are still bad.
