Various Digestive Issues and Symptoms

Hi there. For about 5 months now I've been dealing with constant degrading health issues that I find are related closely to my digestion. I've been diagnosed with IBS, GERD, and Hashimotos. Here are my symptoms:

-Brain fog/veritgo/feeling drunk

-heart palpitations/Afib/tachycardia

-constant thick white mucas

-acid reflux like crazy

-Shortness of breath

-numbness/tingling in arm sometimes

-lots of eye twitching

-lack of focus and creativity

-lower abdominal stress, stools are small and partially undigested

-VERY FOUL GAS, like a sewer or rotten egg smell

Here's what I have done so far :

-stool test came back positive for lots of yeast in small intestine , but not sure what kind. High sIGA showing that my body is inflammed and definitely fighting something

-blood test ruled I have a bacterial infection 100%, might also be h pylori, or potentially an ulcer/hernia

-Magnesium was low, so taking supplements as well as thyroid meds due to low thyroid

Other than that I'm at a loss. There's a lot of things it could be and I wish I had more information but as of now I'm too broke for more testing. Diet hasn't really been helping, and with cleanses and certain supplements I'll get a weird reaction, almost like die-off or as if something isn't right. Thanks for your help.

Hi,there are various isues realate to digestion and gland such as thyroid.

The thyroid organ is in the lower some portion of the front of the neck. It lies just before the windpipe (trachea). It has a privilege and left flap which are associated together by a restricted band of thyroid tissue. It is generally the state of a butterfly. You can't generally observe or feel an ordinary thyroid organ. On the off chance that the thyroid grows, it causes a swelling in the neck which you can see a goiter.

The thyroid organ makes thyroid hormones - called thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). These hormones are conveyed round the body in the circulatory system. Thyroxine and T3 help to keep the body's capacities (the digestion) working at the right pace. Numerous cells and tissues in the body require thyroxine and T3 to keep them working accurately.
