Various stomach pain after eating, should I be worried?

Hello, I posted a while ago about my abdominal discomfort, but I'm getting new symptoms recently and i'm getting a bit worried i'm not gonna lie.

After going to the doctor she pretty much said that I was mostly fine and that anxiety kinda messed my stomach up, they prescribed me some trimebutine to take when I don't feel well to put my stomach back in order a bit.

My lower stomach discomfort is mostly over but i'm getting a new symptom. Recently, after eating, I've been feeling a burning sensation in my solar plexus that hurts everytime I take a deep breath right after eating, even right after swallowing food sometimes.

The pain comes for a moment and kinda stops when I stand up and walk for a bit. I know peppermint oil can give Acid Reflux so I gave it up but i'm still getting a burning sensation so that could be something else. I also have to point out that I have a reclining seat in my room where I eat and that I might have a really bad eating position because of that so that might mess up my digestion.

Anyone that had this? Should I be worried? Any tips? Thanks !

Sounds like it could be mild GERD. I get it often within 30minutes of eating. I get pain around the bottom of sternum which is where the stomach is. But I also get shortness of breath sometimes, palpitations and a feeling of something in my throat that I need to swallow. I also feel nauseous. It could also be a ulcer. Anyways I personally wouldn't worry as you haven't really described severe symptoms. But it's always best to talk to a doctor if symptoms last for more than a week.

Try a food diary to see if any foods are causing symptoms.  If no better after this, see your doctor again and do not worry.

Defiantly sit in a upright position especially with stomach problems.  Like you’ve said standing up and walking helps.

Eat smaller more often meals and take care what you are eating

Google foods that can cause heartburn reflux and try to steer clear of those. Keep a diary to remind you for if/when you see your doctor
