VDRL non reactive at neat serum and higher dilution

Hello Sir,

I am Shahjahan, live in Bangladesh, few day ago I was go to blood for my school teacher and find syphilis virus on my blood, I have tested VDRL (Quantitative) & results was non reactive, now how can I do the treatment pls give me details guide line.

Syphilis is a parasite ,maybe not a virus and is easily treatable with pills in most country , I hope is the same in Bangladesh
