As I’ve said on many occasions.. Venlafaxine is the worst drug I have Ever been prescribed!! If you forget to take it it’s a nightmare! as you don’t realise you’ve forgotten to take it..Ok that may sound really silly of me but it’s true.. I was totally acting strangely but didn’t know I was !Nobody asked me what was wrong.. Think they thought I was a Mad person .. So, when I realized I’d been forgetting the tablets..what did I do? started back on the original dose! Don’t do that!! It’s like overdosing!! and it’s worse than forgetting!! I didn’t know where I was or what I was doing.. Awful!!Just a bit of advice from my experience with it.. if you want to stick with it and need too hope it works..
i agree this drug is dangerous if forgotten. it does change my personality and once that happened i never forgot it again.
however i wouldnt be alive if i didnt have it so i guess the pros weigh up the cons

Hiya, thats why I’m too scared to come off it completely.. but the side effects of forgetting are really bad.. I’m careful now.. but had a few issues in the past that caused me to forget taking it ..
