Hi, Can anyone tell me if they can feel it when there medication is starting to wear off? I take 75 mg venlafaxine in the morning,and I have just increased my teatime dose to 112.5, but I start to feel anxious mid afternoon, is anyone else like this?
I'm not on the same meds but I felt my medication would wear off too. I'm on lamotrigine, gabapentin, buspirone, and clonazepam (temporarily). These meds I can split up so I take them twice a day with the exception of the clonazepam which can be taken up to 3 times a day. It seemed to help me considerably. You may be able to do the same. Also if you're new to the medication it could be that your body is still adjusting to it. Maybe the higher dose will help that mid afternoon crash.
