ive been taking venlafaxime for at least a year 300mg, then stopped it for a month, got bad again. so started taking it again, and im really down, constant crying and anxious scared , i cry even watching tv, constantly scared,
does anyone else have this experiance , i feel i wont get better, what should i do, dont want to keep feeling this way.

it was tricky getting the increase to settle but well worth it

Hello from a fellow sufferer, just an opinion i’m not a medical professional, when you stop and start an antidepressant it can cause side effects some which can include anxiety and very low moments, this could be what you are experiencing, if not and you are having problems while taking your antidepressant continuous then it may not be the right one for you, I have tried a few myself some better than others it depends on the person, you should not be suffering while on them so see your GP and explain how you are feeling, good luck and hang on in there x
