very bad head pressure

i do  not  know  what to do anymore   i  have   buzzing    or  hissing in  my  ear  but the  worst of  all  is  the  head  pressure  feel  like somebody  hitting  with  a  hammer   or  thunder  and lighting  it  last  about  a  minute   when the  buzzing  stop  then  hammering  in  my head  begins  i  have  alreadly gone  to  er  and  doctor  first the  gave me  amox  and  flonsise  did  not  work  i do  have  running  nose  then  i went to  er  and the doctor gave  norco    they  have did  a cat  can  and mri    blood  nothing  show  up   the doctor  is going to  send  me nerogioust  but that until sept  i can't  wait that  long  it is too  long  i  need some comfort  now  it is summer  cannot  go  anywhere  people are   telling   me you are so  quiet  what  is  wrong with you  this is  not the genny  i  know  they me  you  are  of  the life  of party   when i got the shingles shot  last  year  in august  i had the buzzing alreadly  then the   pressure  in my  head began  like  somebody  is hitting  with  a hammer  i am so depress  all  i do  is cry  the doctor  had not given  meds  to help  me with this   pain     i  need some anwerssad

Have you seen a good Chiropractor? If your neck is out of alignment this could cause a lot of pressure in your head. 

Sacral Cranial Therapy could help as this realignes the neck and head muscles as well.

These two options are the ones I would try first.

If that is of no help I suggest you find a good Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Trained, and Qualified, and ask them to work on your your neck muscles, front and back also the upper back muscles to release the tension.  This could be causing the pressure in your head.

I tend to think that when there is a runny nose and such other symptoms it is to do with acid reflux.

thank  you so  much for the information  i will tried that  i  hope insurance  paid  i do  beleive in   massage i will tried that  at this point i am willing to tried anything  i  just want to the pain to go away

but  my stomach  is fine    it is the hammering in my  head  or like  thundering  and lighting  coming  from   head  i called them atacks  my son  says to    keep away from sugar   i  have done that  more  green tea  i  have done that    if you  know anything  i willing to take it to  my doctor  thank  you
