I just woke up today and noticed this on my shaft, i really don't know what it is and its the first time i've ever seen it on my shaft. Really need some advice and help as to what it could be.
It looks like this was originally one of the typical issues that regularly occur in this area of the penis such as an ingrown hair, a blocked skin pore and so on that has become infected.
It looks like you have completely scratched the top off it and it is now an open would.
You need to stop infection and enable the skin to heal correctly: you can use undiluted liquid antiseptic for this.
Place a tiny dab on a fingertip and place directly onto the wound. Yes, it will really sting to start with then fade. Apply 4 or 5 times daily until it begins to heal, them 3 times, when it is almost completely healed continue to apply once daily until the wound has gone.
Wash the area once daily, so if you start with a shower - then apply the first application of the liquid antiseptic for the day, and so on
