At the end of my period i noticed a very dark brown discharge that i never seen before. Has any of you ladies had this ? is this normal
Yes. It’s old blood. This will happen, you may even get brown stringy type of spotting at different times. It was the start of it for me. Completely normal.

You may also find that you have very heavy periods and I mean very heavy .
I had no problem with my period till the last three years, they are hard to live
with but just think there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Very normal. The last year of periods for me always that grody end but now periods have ended. Also, the last 5 years, they were so heavy I could barely leave the house on the first day. Good riddens.
