Very Happy Bunny!

I am very happy and wanted to share it with you all. . . . . I had my first 4 week weigh in on Monday and have lost 16 lbs - I am over the moon!

I have stuck to 1400 - 1500 calories a day and no more than 15g of fat per meal and have not had any 'side effects' at all.

I feel very motivated and hoping to lose another 10 lbs in the next 4 week period - fingers crossed.
