My clitoris is very sore to touch and the rest is very itchy . Dont knoe what it is. I havnt done anything sexual at all.
Use a warm rag & lay it on there.
How long have you had these symptoms
Visit your chemist and describe your symptoms. They'll give you some cream and possible a pesary. It sounds like thrush to me.
It should clear up quickly.
