I used to be able to clean my clitoris perfectly but now I cant. Now it's extremely sensitive when I pull back my clit, touching it to try and remove the itchy buildup stuck in it is excruciating. Any tips or what causes this and how to remove the buildup? I can't bring myself to do it.
