Okay so 6 months ago I started sufferering from acute anxiety and panic disorder...I haven't taken any medication and I'm actually around 90 % better!! There is one symptom that is really bothering me... all of my other symptoms have completely left or are very mild to say the least. Okay so during my first panic attack I started getting this shooting sensation in my left armpit it almost felt like a pinched nerve and was extremely painful during the attacks. After my attacks went away I was left with countless symptoms and whenever I would get anxious I would get the shooting sensations in my armpit again. So 6 months later I rarely get anxious anymore and the shooting armpit pain stopped randomly happening. BUT.... every time I blow my nose into a tissue it happens and also sometimes when I laugh hard it happens. I won't be anxious whatsoever but something about blowing hard out of my nose I get this sensation and then it usually follows with tingling in my left hand. I'm assuming in the next couple months my anxiety will almost 100 % completely gone based on how good I've been recovering but if this sensation continues what should I do? What are the chances that this is a pinched nerve or what are the chances that it will go away? It's so weird and I hate it
Sounds like a pinched nerve or muscular problem it should go away on it own try ibuprofen if it doesn't go away just get checked at the doctors you should be fine
Pinched nerve in your neck somewhere. Has it been examined? If you are ok with a chiropractor they would know otherwise a xray or scan. objective is different william. It doesnt sound like anxiety but it is causing you to feel anxious.
