I am 19 and for years I have had a regular menstrual cycle. For the last months I have had extremly painful cramps during my period, including vomiting and not being able to get up for hours. 2 weeks ago I had a random brown discharge with blood spotting and today I had a very painful cramp in the lower part of my stomach that lasted for hours. Also, my period is a few days late, even though there is no chance for a possible pregnancy.
