After rough sex, next day my foreskin both sides got very red ( right side ) very swollen veins also and some spots hear and there on my penis head .
The right side has a little pain and all of penis fells itchy and discomfort
Can you please tell me what this could be ?

it could be that u was to rough or u might want to get tested for stds there are some that cause spots on the penis but usually they appear as blisters fungal infectiion can also cause spots so its hard to say wat the cause is the veins are normal and they do change overtime so i wouldnt worry about those
thank you kim I went to the doctor cause the red spots on my foreskin (left and right side) started to peel . He checked my penis and told me that it is Balanoposthitis . He gave me a cream (travocort )to put on for a few days . thank you :)
