Very small haemorrhagic cyst (probably simple cyst)

Had 10x10 cm dermoid cyst removed in sept had final scan couple weeks ago to check no further treatment needed, showed up there is very small haemorrhagic cyst on left ovary with no vascularity. Consultant discharged me and said no further treatmebt at this time and its probably a simple cyst and hasn't said anything about treatment.

anyone else had this, will it eventually need treatment?

Just to add the surgery was on my left ovary for the dermoid cyst able the haemorrhagic cyst is on my right ovary x

This type of cyst usually self resolve in two to four cycles. Dermoid cysts don't
