I will post pictures later but here is my story:
I am a middle aged man and received unprotected oral sex from a woman who I know has had many partners (and let the judgement begin…). I have never had any STI. Almost exactly a week later, I woke up in the middle of the night to take a wee and had the worst pain ever.
I pushed through this for two days, and finally contacted an online physician and received Doxy for potential Chlamydia. 9 days later and Doxy all done it was still extremely painful. Plus, and here is a symptom I cannot find anywhere- EXTREME PAIN when ejaculating.
No bumps, no ulcers. Nothing. Pain in the back of my legs (more so when I urinate), deep pain in my backside (not anus, just tailbone area), no discharge, no testicle pain.
Went to the ER, and they diagnosed me with prostititis. Prescribed Bactrim and follow-up with urologist. Urine came back negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
Two days later, a red blotch formed on my penis head. That followed with two bump about an inch apart. Those all disappeared. Then, without blisters, two sores appeared in those areas. Again apart from each other, but no preceeding bumps. The painful urination continued.
Four days later the sores healed- not really scabbed, just healed, but I am left with two small bumps on my penis head. These have remained for several days and have yet to go away. Some days they look better, other not.
The painful urination finally has decreased after 4 1/2 weeks, but still can feel it at time and it is coupled with back of leg pain. Painful ejaculation has finally gone away as well.
Has herpes in the urethra caused painful ejaculation for others? Have you had painful urination without signs of herpes for several weeks and then bumps appear? What does herpes look like as it heals?
Thanks for any thoughts, ideas and advice (besides “get swabbed”).
