Vestibular papillomatosis or Genital warts??

Hi I have noticed this on my vagina millions of little bumps everywhere. Does this look like Vestibular Papillomatosis or Genital Warts?? Is more noticeable in pictures then when i am looking through a mirror

I have been to the clinic over a bump on vagina before and they said it was nothing.

Dear Amy,

You have nothing to worry about! These are simply sebaceous (grease) glands on the inner surface of your labia. You don’t need any treatment for them as they are a normal part of your genital anatomy.
