Nothing wrong with this appearance; character of the vaginal mucosa changes depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle and other influences (e.g. if you are on hormonal contraception, etc), presence of vaginal infections (thrush, BV), how vigorous you wash yourself (douching), allergies etc.
If you have some additional symptoms like an altered vaginal discharge and irritation or malodour and you’re worried about infections, see your doctor and ask for a swab to test for infections like thrush and BV. I’m assuming risk of STD is remote, otherwise I would also recommend an STD screen.
