had a horrible sounding dry cough for about 3 months now. im 26 and do not smoke and excersize regularly. i feel well and fine with no other symptoms. i have occasionaly had blood in my phlegm in the mornings but believe it could be consistent with blood thats in my nose. my main concern is the length ive had this cough and the vibrating noise it makes. i lost a close family friend to lung cancer last year so health anxiety is through the roof. i do get acid reflux often which i take omeprazole for. ive also tried every strepsile / dry cough med going!! had a chest x ray back last november for something seperate which was fine. but bow worrying daily about this on going dry cough which wont budge. really appreciate any advice!
