Someone has mentioned that a vibration plate can be good for osteopenia (mild form of osteoporosis), and osteoarthritis and it doesn't seem to be contra indicated for prolapses - some saying it even helps with mild prolapses. Has anyone looked into that? I don't want to do damage to any of these conditons so if anyone's got any experience or knowledge, I'd be grateful to hear it!
This would interest me but with a tens machine or any other electrical vibration these are contrained in anyone with irregular heart rate, so it rules me out, so I too would be interested to know if these vibration plates can or cannot be used if suseptible to irregular heart rate, and of course if they work for conditions quoted by Chris.
Not sure about this sort of vibration plate but I had a normal one and it was horrendous with my prolapse, would never use one again just to be on safe side. X
THANK YOU JAN! The idea is now promptly forgotten:-))))
