Virgin Girl with Herpes?

Hi everyone,

I'm a virgin and I've been dating my bf who claims to have no herpes.

I've lost my virginity to him for about a year, and recently I've gotten a outbreak of herpes type 2. I want to confront him that it has to be him and he might just be asymptomatic all these years with his partners. 

He disagrees because he never have any symptoms until after my outbreak.

I said, MAYBE i could have herpes type 1 from kissing guys I've talked to, but my case is herpes type 2. 

What do you guys think?

He can have no symptoms and still have herpes.

his defense is that his symptoms didn't show until mine broke out.

Did a swab test actually confirm HSV2? Some people confuse the HSV number with the infection site, so just checking.

The swab test is in the lab and I will soon retrieve it
