Hi, i have noticed on more than one occasion that i have a very visible pulse in the center of my neck at the base. Tonight it is particularly prevalent and i have since read that this could be stress and anxiety. i do suffer from anxiety however as it stands i don't feel anxious or stressed, my heart rate is within the norm according to my smart watch but i am really concerned about this pulsation in my neck and wondered if anyone else has had this? or could it be anxiety without feel anxious?
hi… yes its happened to me also and in my temples too. It also feels like my heart rate could be slightly elevated but with I check my pulse, its also normal and at a steady pace. has that happened to you? I definitely know its anxiety and jist being super hypersensitive to everything.
