I am really worried about pelvic congestion syndrome but have no other symptoms than this. And stabbing pain once in a while that started the day I got the Mirena Iud 3 years ago.
If you’ve had varicose leg veins in the past they may be just enlarged veins which may turn varicose. I had varicose veins when I was a young teenager so they dont have to relate to childbirth. If you have a history of varicose veins in your family…especially Mum or Dad, this may be the answer.
You would probably need a vaginal ultrasound to diagnose pelvic congestion syndrome,but I think your symptoms would be more like IBS for this.
