Vision affiliated with stress or anxiety?

90% of the day I don’t wear glasses. Can this acause more stress, tireness, fatigue, or anxiety? I use them for school very rarely and just yesterday I almost had a panic attack at work but calmed myself down. I experienced what I think was depersonalization and heart palpitations for 10 seconds till I got out of the back room where I was by myself

It was my first in like a month but I noticed its my thoughts accumulated with stress. I really don’t know which comes first but with my blurry vision I’m sure this doesn’t help unless I close my eyes and just practice mindfulness.

Any suggestions ?

If you need your glasses for better vision, wear them.  Seeing clearly could reduce stress somewhat. And your eyes won’t be tired

Keep up with mindfulness and meditations on you tube for anxiety.  For overwhelming thoughts, one is called Detachment from Overthinking.

You wear glasses sometimes, if they are needed you should wear them for that advised time, Eyestrain can  cause all same problems above. If you have had glasses for a while say two years you will need another eye appointment to make sure they do not need replacing. Blurred vision is a good indication your specs need changing.

You also mention you are suffering Anxiety, if not already see your GP, make a list of your feelings and explain your concerns.

However I would still advise you have your eyes checked
