i have tried so many meds for anxiety and this latest is vistaril i took it 2 days n its the worse it just majes me sleep n when i wake up its like i cant move n i go right back to sleep. i cant function like thT , it wastes my whole day . i have to work and i have a 6 year old i only took 1 tabket a day and it says 3xs a day as needed . anyone else deal w this? i hate to have to tell my doctor but the ssri i been on dont help tried buspar i had horrible nightmares abd couldnt sleep so they put me on this now n it hust mKES ME Sleep n i cant do that everyday all day . i see my therapist first time this week wat should i do? is there any other meds that coukd work for gad. my anxiety is really the worse at night .
