So I made the stupid mistake of googling another symptoms. I can see my chest and stomach move in correlation with my heart beat. And now I've convinced myself I have an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Please say this is normal to see my heart beat in chest and stomach. My anxiety is back again after a weekend of drink. Sunday had a few beers and now I'm straight back worrying about heart. Why is this
Hi les
I would say this is totally normal. If I myself lie down I can see my chest and stomach twitch in rythm with my heartbeat as well as feeling it in a number of other places around my body other that pulse points
Thats normal. It should be in sync.you wont be able to drink it triggers anxiety it isnt worth it, you would do way better with a glass of red wine. Calming.
Your anxiety will just be making you worry, its completley normal but if you feel it gets worse, sore or extremley uncomfortable you should consult your gp

Sometimes people who are on the thinner side can see it very well, but anyone can possibly see it.
Hey, just be glad you see it beating!! Your heart is pumping well and doing it's job!
please DONT google!
You can always visit your doctor if you don't feel well. If you see. Bulging then let the doctor know . Aortic aneurysm is more commonly found with people who have high blood pressure, smoke, high cholesterol, obesity, males over 60,
you are most likely just fine
Omg you sound so much like me and I swear I had the same fear as you just a few weeks ago. I could feel my heart beating in my stomach and it scared me and I started googling. Whenever I drink too the next day my anxiety and depression is all over the charts and it takes me a few days to get my dophamine levels in my brain back to normal. Whenever I have a twinge of pain my first the thought is to google but I have been finding that if I try and stay off google and not look up symptoms that I totally forget about it and that helps me not freak out.
How many days until you are back to normal after drinking? I literally had my best week ever last week and I have ruined it for myself. Every lunchtime I get bad and it's been very bad recently. I stopped drinking about 3am Monday morning. Hopefully today is slightly better
Usually about day 3 after drinking things seem to get better then every day after that each day gets better. Alcohol is a depressant which I'm sure you already know but it takes a few days to get your dophamine levels adjusted back to normal.
