Hello all. I’m wondering if anyone knows about Vitamin D.
About 8 months ago I moved from a warm climate that was sunny about 350 days a year to one with 4 seasons, including a long dark winter.
I feel very low and can only figure it must be a Vitamin D deficiency based on my symptoms - achy bones and joints, fatigue, depression, etc. Also, before I moved I was extremely consistent with taking my vitamins and I walked in the sunshine every day with my dog.
But things have been chaotic over these last few months and I’ve neglected taking my vitamins, plus it’s cold, snowy and dark here.
I’m wondering if you know how long, in general, it would take to become Vitamin D deficient ? I felt normal up until about a month ago, when winter really kicked in. I’m really hoping that’s all it is because I don’t feel sick, just really achy, tired, and not myself.
