Just had my blood work translated to me at last, I have a vitamin D deficiency which, so I was just told could well be one of the reasons I have been having boob issues.
Also my eyesight was going blurry, and considering I had lazic surgey last year it seemed weird!
So ladies please get your Vit D checked.
It can also cause muscle aches and joint pain. Mine was tested the other year, found to be low and the GP prescribed high dose Vit D to cure it. She suggested that when I finished the course I bought some and took it to stop it happening again.
hi Astrid
Wow
yes ... Good job you did ...
i take a good supplement of D and calcium was told to 10 years ago and have daily since... Chewable Natecal...
Just shows you doesnt it... So glad you shares and they found it for you, how do you put it right now, what have they said to do

very interesting, i do eat plenty of dairy, i find sugar affects my vision, i think my breast cysts will go away on there own
Hi Astrid..
Furthermore, estrogen plays a role in activating vitamin D, meaning that the estrogen deficiency that comes with menopause could worsen any problems with vitamin D deficiency.
so as peri and menopaise is reached you need good supplements..
so glad you were checked .. Low D can be quite dangerous ..
i take mine for bone health... i also get plenty of sunshine D living in Spain
take care Astrid.. Thanks again for the awareness

Hello Jay
Are you saying I might think about getting a estrogen supplement like black cohosh, my estrogen is low as well.

Barbara, do the cysts go away eventually how long do they last!
Jay lol no no I was thinking I should increase my level of estrogen, I am confused lol blame it on the lack of Vit D.

Been on them over a year and has helped as I had alot of joint pain which has now virtually gone
I was told to take 1,000 to 2,000iu a day.
I was put on vitamin D two years ago!
Good wholesome food and yes plenty of sunshine is good in the summer but not burnt skin!!
It is very hard to get vitamin D in the uk.
Only can get it on good sunny days.
We have good holland and Barrett natural food shops. I tend to go in there and get my vitamins in natural foods. But as for vitamin D that's mainly the sun.
The vitamin D tablets I take normally in winter.
They do work, but have to wash your teeth after the ones I'm taking, they can induce tooth decay.
😔If you live in a sunny warm climate all year round how lucky are you!!
