I take zopiclone at night to sleep I wake up every morning and gag and vomit clear fluid has anyone ever had this ? I’ve had it for a long time now I am anxious 25/7 and don’t gag or vomit any other time of day.
I used to cough up a lot of flem as I smoke but I don’t do that anymore??
Any help please it really scares me
I’ve been to ent and he said there’s no sign of reflux ?
My adenoids are up and have been for a while now and they hurt the ent said that it was due to smoking but when I’m anxious I smoke more.

Did it happen before you took those pills for sleeping? I've never taken them so can't comment but I occasionally still get nausea on a morning with my anxiety and in the past I've got the gag reflex when I've gotten up and thrown up a kinda clear fluid. I assume because there's no longer any food to throw up so it's just clear. But I've never looked it up, as that was really messing with my head before and I don't get it daily I'm afraid.

If your throat is sore, if you are smoking you may bring up a flem. I was a heavy smoker in the seventies and would smoke sixty a day. I was terrible in the morning . When you smoke that numbs down tiny hairs in the tubs leading down to the lungs, this allows pollution to infect the lungs with tar and nicotine.this assists in bringing up flem. Smoking also inflames the your Tonsels and adenoids. You will cough and slutter when you get out of bed.
It is all up to you, stop smoking.

Hi bob I’m not coughing up anything or even coughing it’s just the gagging and vomiting like I said my anxiety is 24/7 but just thought it me be because I’m so anxious or the sleeping pills because it happens as soon as I get up in the morning from laying down
