if they in line & “symmetrical” both sides of your inner labia then it might be vp.

Yes that’s exactly it !! the same on both sides and aligned !! but just seen like that, for you it is more of the vp of appearance?

They are more like vp in appearance. However it is better to get professional diagnose by a Doctor. If possible get it biopsy. By the way vinegar test is not reliable.

i think it’s normal I had the same growth in side the vaginal opening it left and grew back again mine were bigger so I seen a gyno back in may this year. I also grew a TAG that looked like a ingrown hair or wart on the outside lip which is was not. it’s been there for a year going to get it removed. the growth is a part of us the gyno says.

In your picture those growths doesn’t look painful or irritating that’s my opinion because it looks like mine did.
