It is difficult to tell from the picture if you have any Fordyce Spots or Vestibular Papillomatosis. Both are very common and harmless so it shouldn’t be something you should be worrying about. There is a noticeable amount of smegma build up which can cause itching. What is your hygiene routine like? Have you noticed any unpleasant odors?
