Put on your mask & gloves and head to the doctor!!! this does not look normal. Never seen anything like it so its hard for me to give you answers. Although you mentioned you aren’t in pain it is not very smart to go without getting this checked on & making sure you’re safe & healthy.
Please get to the doctors. I suggest they do biopsy on this.
