VP or Genital warts?

I found these lines on the lower part of my vulva. No pain, not itchy, basically no symptoms. HPV pos, but not for the genital warts kind. Theyre small protrusions, in distinct lines, white and pink. Thanks for your help!

from the picture it looks like warts. but it could be because its blurry.
