Going to the doctors tomorrow but im super nervous I dont recall having any of these growths or the swollen inside of my vag. i also havent really payed attention since having my son a year ago. Could this be just vp or could it be something worse?

any lumps or bumps that u havnt noticed before need looking at by a doctor they could be normal but they could be warts or benign skin growths
