This is a weird one. All these dumb doctors thought it was herpes based on how it looks. I admit that a couple parts of the bumps do look like that way, but it's not herpes. Here's the story: I shaved with an old razor over my labia on the inside, and the next day I had like 2-3 dozen bumps all across my genitals. My urine started to burn slightly, I think because there's a bump near the urethra. It's a yellow color even when I'm hydrated too, which is odd. Anyway i go to urgent care and she tells me I likely have herpes, does a bunch of swab tests. I wait a few days and she tells me that the swabs came back negative for everything, but she probably didn't get enough fluid... despite the fact I busted one open before coming in. Get a blood test a few days later and it comes back negative for everything again. A month later and all the bumps look exactly the same, nothing has changed at all. They have never hurt or itched either. The one I busted open didn't have any fluid, just blood and it formed like a blister or something that never healed, but also doesn't hurt. I really tried to pop these suckers too, but they just don't. You have to get lucky and rupture them, which I could only do once. So they called me saying they have no idea what this could be and to seek out a dermatologist. I feel gross and like a freak even if I don't have an STD because these ugly little bumps are all over still. I want them gooone. I tried a retinol and neosporin on it nothing worked. Oh I even tried that dump herpes medication when they convinced me I probably had it, but that also did nothing. Going on 45 days now with no change at all. I'm reluctant to go to a dermatologist because I just feel like they'll waste my time like the clinic did for a week.
