Looks like blood under the surface from you picking at it, or bc it’s irritated. I’m sure it’s not cancer. It could be a normal fordyce spot that you picked at and irritated. Worst case it could be herpes. Get a full STD screen and PAP to be safe.

Not the purple dot. It looks like there might be a lesion near it but it could just be the pic. See your primary care doctor and have a full STD screen to be sure. Also, they should be able to tell you what the dot could be by looking at it. Life will go on the same as always regardless. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about.
