for around 1 week my vulva has been itching horribly, under my vaginal hole is the worse spot. and as the image shows its browning.. almost a rotten color. i don't know what this could be? could someone help me out? i haven't had any bad discharge or haven't has sexual contact.. i don't know what it could be.
