anyone else? i wake up hot frequently. sometimes i sweat sometimes i don't. this time I'm not and 2 hours later, i am still hot. could i be dehydrated?...and thats why i'm not sweating and then can't cool down. idk. does anyone else do this?
Me too. Lately I have to sleep with zero comforter because I’m literally broiling! Do your hips and shoulders hurt when you feel hot?
this is my new normal always hot to some degree and get bad flashes like this morning and no sweating makes me feel faint not fun at all. hang in there
no they don’t. my face gets the hottest. but i am generally warm all over.
