Hi,
I wonder if anyone has had similar problems and have found a solution.
I’m female and 25 years old. My main problem is that I wake up to pee every night without
fail. It’s a significant amount and I’ve reduced the amount of water I drink in
the evening to the odd sip but it makes no difference. Aside from waking in the
night I get at least eight hours sleep almost every night, and I’m tired enough
at bedtime to fall asleep easily.
I just never feel refreshed or rejuvenated. My skin and scalp has become dry, and hair falls
out easily. It seems like my face is either filling with fluid in the lower
cheeks and pulling my face down a little, making my lips thinner, or my face is
just sagging for some reason. My legs ache constantly. They also swell when
I’ve been drinking but I seem to have poor circulation generally. I have
constant back ache but that could be down to poor posture, though I’m trying to
be conscious of this. I have also started having clicky joints.
My diet is healthy and I’m a healthy weight. I take a multivitamin every day and
have done for years. I only drink two or three evenings a week, only beer and
not to any excess. I walk to and from work every day, forty-five minutes each
way at a swift pace. I don’t do any exercise other than walking, and I know I
should do more, but I’m always keeping busy. I’ve had full bloods done in March
this year and recently in October.
I started to notice these things around the same time, towards the end of last year, and
they have been constant ever since. My
main problem is waking to pee at night, not feeling energised or fresh.
I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and found a solution!
Thanks,
Rachel
