Waking up

Hi I find that waking up in the morning with no food in my stomach makes feel like the nerves boiling up in my tummy..and I start to shake a bit and it frightens me and the more I let it my heart picks it up and I have to run and put food down and after that it stops..before this I could go a a while with out eating and I'm fine oh I hope this goes too.

I feel weird in the morning too. I get up to go to the bathroom and I feel a little "off" ( I can't really describe it) and feel like my heart is beating faster. All of this started when I entered perimenopause and it's very frightening

Hi . I also feel this way . At times I don't want to get out of bed ,dreading it to be honest . I feel so poorly .shaking and so drained . I feel a little better once I've eaten . This has gone on for several months and I'm struggling

When will it end and when will I finally feel like me!

Sending all my best wishes to all you ladies x

I find this happens to me too. I add some Vit B complex to the routine and the heart pounding and weirdness subsides.

Thats exactly what happens to me and I have to grab something fast because the panic picks up with it fast I make a half of peanut butter sandwich before going to bed and put in fridge to grab..I keep gatorade and a blueberry breakfast bar in the bed with me in one of my pillow case that have that split pocket in it. So I can grab should it wake me in the night or need early morning.

Yes me too I take a banana up sometimes,it was worst few years ago I would wake up with my stomach feel all nervy and it scare me jump out of bed and garble something to eat and get back in..pain in the rare this menopause, keep going we are going to come out laughing soon bless.
