i managed to walk the 1500 at our school sports day today and felt fine - the kids cheered and some colleagues were even slower than me!!!!

lovely weather, lovely day and just back from the staff debrief at a nearby pub!!!!!!

well done valerie, yes it had been a lovely day, we went to the rspb sanctuary at Snettisham and I walked about 3/4 of a mile or more.... very tired tonight but enjoyed every step of it.xx
