My DD & I walked 20 minutes. It doesn't take long to get the hang of using them. Worked up a sweat. A good thing!
I'm 12 weeks out from left THR. I learned about them here on this forum as another member had mentioned them. I Googled them. Liked what I read & ordered a pair. These are made in Norway. Be caution of those made in China...especially the ones that are not one solid piece. It's all about safety in my case as I'm terrified of a possible fall.
