Hi All,
I have been thinking about this alot today, I hear and read so much about going for a walk in nature and how calming and helpful it can be for anxiety, however it makes me more anxious, I won’t go into the thoughts that go through my head as i don’t want to scare anyone else but am i the only person that finds this advice of walking in nature more fearful and a totally unpleasant experience? A 15 minute walk in nature can send me into complete hypoventilation and dreading each step I take however i can walk round the shops with no real issue.
