Walnut

Hi,

I am bit confused due to different articles giving contradicting information.

I am 37 and have been diagnosed with cholesterol of 6.5.

Is Walnut good to eat to reduce cholesterol or does Walnut increases Cholesterol, please help

Try this website fo rino http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-cholesterol/in-depth/cholesterol/art-20045192. Walnuts and almonds and otehr nuts are good, but if you eat too many they are fattening too. But there are nuts to avoid.. coconut is one.

walnuts and Brazil nuts are extremely healthy also almonds. Eating walnuts will not increase your cholesterol so eat away to obtain maximum health.

Sorry reply was for original poster 😄
