Hi Kimberly, do you normally suffer from anxiety? Anxiety can cause dizziness or lightheadedness. Are you crying because of the dizziness or from anxiety?
is anything in particular making you upset?
sometimes anxiety and depression go hand-in-hand. Many people don't realize that they're actually depressed but they often now they're feeling anxious. How long have you felt this way?
I have to tell you that I can definitely relate to what you said. I would very often just start crying no matter where I was. I went to counseling because I knew that part of the reason was I felt lost. I felt I didn't know where I was going in my life and anxiety made everything worse. It's a pretty horrible feeling. After my divorce I basically felt I had no direction and the anxiety got worse.
I hope things get better for you. I listen to some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety, depression, sleep. They really have helped me.
Right there with you! I Can't go into stores recently. I feel like I'm going to pass out from being so dizzy I almost had my boyfriend carry me out of the grocery store this week. I'm going to a therapist to try and work on it. Hope you find some relief/peace too it's a terrible feeling
Hi. Been there too. Just wanted to throw my bags down, walk out crying. Didn't want to go home . Just wanted to sit in car and cry. HORRID. Had anxiety for years and can have relatively good times just feel everything snapped, been building up inside? cried it out and calmed down then tried to talk it through with mum, keep my mind off it, so I wasn't scared it would happen again next time I went out. Next time went out with mum, bit anxious which could have caused it again but was ok. Just another crappy symptom. If it happens again explain as above to your gp, it may just be high anxiety or panic attack. It may not happen again. Hope you feel better knowing others have similar experience.❤️
