Been taking this for weeks now (20mg) and I really want to stop the treatment as I feel the side effects (yawning, tiredness, ejaculation probs)are outweighing the good for me.. Do you think i should cut down slowly or just go cold turkey as it's only been 3 weeks??

Im not doctor or anything, but ive done the whole cold turkey and to be honest it really wasnt nice, but i was on them for a few months.
Id advise going to see your doctor, caus then you can talk to them on why you want to stop, maybe they can find something else better for you.

yeah, going to speak to the doc and see what he says. I think there will be a better suited med out there for me 
i took 20mg of prozac for 8 wks and stopped for the same reasons, tiredness, yawning, basicaly feeling crap and to top it off, unable to reach orgasam, very frustrating! i am due to start taking citalopram and was hoping that wouldnt be one of the side effects as when your feeling bad a bit of relief can cheer you up (for a few mins!) and dosn`t cost anything! or mabey its something we just have to sacrafice, oh well......
