Hi all I'm looking for some advice please. I'm currently on 100mg of sertraline I've been on it nearly a month and I've seen very little improvement. So I've booked an appointment with my gp .has anybody else had a similar experience and seen more improvements on 150mg? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

You need to give the drug time to work. If you have waited around four weeks your GP may increase the dose

I’m on sertraline you need to give it time for it to get in your system it does take a few months are you having therapy at the same time as taking it?
