my husbands been doing my warfarin injection which finished 10 days ago but he caught a vein in my tummy which is still bruised and lumpy does Anyone no how long this is likely to last I’m a bit worried about it

Bruising and small haematomas (little lumpy bruises under the skin) are very common with the heparin injections so I’m sure it’s fine. It does take a while to go down though. If the bruising is spreading or the lump is getting bigger then seek advice from your gp but otherwise just give it time and it’ll go away.
